Rolled Fondant with flowers and leaves

This cake is covered in rolled fondant. Each flower and leaf is colored, cut and placed individually. Very labor intense, but worth the effort says Kathy.

Seashell cake

The awesome seashell cake with it's colored white chocolate molded shells. Iced in ivory butter cream with white trim. Pearl accents as well. Note the artwork of different sea life on the sides of the tiers.

Delivered to the San Luis Obispo Country Club, this square cake was iced with green butter cream and decorated with ivory colored icing.

It was topped with fresh gardenias by Panacea Event Floral Design.

Small cake serving 75 in white on white with our royal icing flowers in the brides colors for a garden wedding at Cambria Pines Lodge.

Smooth iced, butter cream, off-set square cake with sugar paste flowers in the beautiful surroundings of Pelican Point over looking the surf in Pismo Beach.

Butter cream iced with the triple dot pattern and our sunflowers of sugar paste.

White rolled fondant are the base for this cake with thin black ribbons and bows. It is finshed with the triple dots. No flowers needed for this design.

White Chocolate w/ Sea Shells

One of our larger white chocolate sea shell cakes. With this cake, the first three tiers are stacked and with the top separated.

The beautiful gardens of the Back Bay Inn next to the bay in Los Osos was the setting for this black white themed wedding. The mirrored cake topper set off the white smooth iced cake with black ribbons, bow, and scroll work.

Ivory rolled fondant and fondant draping. The flowers were soft-pink roses, deep purple buds, and white daisies.

Rolled  Fondant

The bride chose rolled fondant covering different shaped tiers. Notice the monogram. Reception was held at Rancho Miranda in Santa Maria.

For less than 200 guests, this elegant white iced cake was swirled with a chocolate brown and wrapped with a matching wide ribbon. This affair was held at the historic Paso Robles Inn Ballroom. The picture was by Jake Odenning. The florist was The Flower Lady of Paso Robles.

If blue is the color of the day, then this might be your cake. Iced in pale blue butter cream with frosty blue leaves of sugar paste. The reception was in Arroyo Grande at the Pitkin-Conroe Victorian House.

Grapes and Leaves

Sitting on top of a wine barrel at the Eberle Winery in Paso Robles. The grapes were made of butter cream to match the bridesmaid dresses. The grape leaves we made of sugar paste and air brushed a green that was requested by the bride.

Gold Ribbon

 

A cake fit for a royal couple, and delivered to the enchanted hill! All gold and white and so very elegant. Fresh flowers by a well known florist add just the right touch!

Sugar Flowered

One of our smaller tiered cakes that has been poured in white ganache. The flowers are sugared 'real' flowers, and topped with a beautiful gum paste bow.
