Edwardian style butter cream

Edwardian style butter cream iced in ivory with a touch of blush on the royal icing flowers. The topper was made by us as well.

A rolled fondant labor of love. A first place ribbon at the county fair was won by Kathy with this one.

This is a miniature tiered cake (serving about 4-6) with matching cupcakes all done with rolled fondant, butterflies, and flowers.

For something a little different are the cupcakes on a specially designed display stand. The bride would provide the personal flag decorations.

Wedding took place at the beautiful Edna Valley Winery.

The popular square off-set smooth iced white cake with white scroll work was the back ground for the lovely sugar paste moth orchids, calla lilies, and cherry blossoms. The over head netting was done by the bride’s mother which was a very thoughtful and dreamy touch.

Delivered to ‘Windows on the Water" in Morro Bay for a sunset wedding reception. The lights and crystals glimmering brought waves from boaters hailing the event!

This small square cake was delivered to Cayucos Shoreline Motel. A beautiful lawn area sheltered by a large tent for this late afternoon-evening reception at the beach was outstanding! The cake was butter cream iced and the draping on the corners was butter cream as well. Fresh flowers were provided by a florist.

This Hawaiian themed wedding cake to serve 75 was done for the CCWP wedding fair. The bamboo pieces were made by us and pressed into the butter cream iced cake. The fresh flowers were done by Debbie Deis of 'D and D Floral Design'.

Another beautiful Central Coast day at Pelican Point in Pismo Beach! The wedding cake was a smooth iced cake with chocolate swirls topped with one of our handmade bows made of chocolate as well.

50th Anniversry Cake-Fondant covered in pink with gold fondant attachments delivered to Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo. Fresh flowers add the perfect touch by D and D Floral of Los Osos.

This was for a Bat Mitzvah at the Edna Valley Winery of San Luis Obispo. All the flowers were made by us and the Coronelli lace was accented with gold to carry out the theme of this happy occasion.

Periwinkle blue being the bride’s colors, this is the ever popular square off-set cake. The handmade flowers were made of sugar paste. Delivered to the very popular Pismo’s Pelican Point where the view is next to none!

A truly fantasy wedding cake! All is cake except for the towers. The figurines depict the bride and groom and their children. The seashells are the white chocolate. This was celebrated at Shore Cliff’s Pelican Point in Pismo Beach. The ceremony was held on the lawn in the gazebo over looking the beautiful Pacific.

Two tone green scrolling and ribbon adorned this butter cream iced cake for the 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Domingos Garcia Jr. It was delivered to the Cayucos Veterans’ Hall. Fresh flowers were provided by D and D Floral design of Los Osos.

White and Ivory were the colors representing the bride and groom for this cake. Cascading royal icing roses were cascading from the top to bottom of a butter cream iced cake delivered to a Cambria Church.

Another beautiful central coast day in Pismo Beach at Pelican Bay Restaurant! A smooth iced cake with flowers by Kathy and Samantha, and free-hand scroll work by Dan.

All that glitters is Gold! A butter cream iced cake with gold fondant circles delivered to The Robert Hall Winery in Paso Robles for a fall wedding.

This small wedding was held at 'THE DOPHIN BAY RESORT' in Pismo Beach. It was iced with butter cream and fondant stripes. Kathy formed the perfect topper with sugar paste at the bride's request. Simplicity was carried out with the sugar paste roses.

Simplicity! Butter cream iced in white with off-white borders. A 'tree limb' of chocolate clay which was decorated with fresh poteas by D and D Florist of Los Osos.
