Hello, We wanted to send along our compliments for the outstanding cake that Cathy made for us this past weekend. We had ordered a cake for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary party. We worked with Cathy, explaining to her what we were looking for. The cake was spectacular and was more beautiful than we had even hoped for!!! The attention to detail was incredible and it was delicious too! We just wanted to express our thanks to you and your staff for helping to make this a very special day for my parents and our family and friends.

The Loperena family want to say a great big THANK YOU! To the Carlocks for the WONDERFUL wedding cheese cake you provided for Karen’s wedding at the San Luis Obispo Country Club on Jan. 17th. The decorated round was gorgeous and they were so thrilled with it! Everyone loved their special berry cheesecake with the chocolate crust—it was all outstanding! Even the staff all got a piece and they loved it. Thank you a million times over for having the cake there just like you said you would right on time. It was a wonderful thing not having to worry about it at all knowing your reputation!!

Barbara! Barbara! Barbara! The cake was BEYOND my expectations. What a delightful center-piece for our gathering. Everyone stopped to admire and read every bit of it plus it spurred conversation after conversation. My dad was all smiles. Whoever made the letters for all the words was remarkably consistent. It leant a cheerfulness and clarity to the overall design. I can’t wait for the 90th. Thanks a million times over.

Hello Barbara,
What a cake! It was beautiful and beyond expectations! And, the flavor was exactly what we anticipated. Our family, all 11 of us, enjoyed the cake for 3 nights while it lasted. We stopped by your bakery Wednesday afternoon, and got a cream cheese apricot Danish-beyond a doubt, the best we have ever had. And, of course, donuts for the kids. We got some cinnamon raisin bread for toast, and stopped on the way out on Saturday to get some goodies to have at home. Your bakery is by far the best we have ever enjoyed. The cake to be remembered!!!
